Zuma Japanese Restaurant and Lounge Bar is located within Landmark Atrium in Hong Kong, at 15 Queen’s Road Central.
The Zuma restaurant concept, which originated in London, UK, brings Japan’s informal izakaya eating and drinking style to Hong Kong.
Offering modern, authentic Japanese cuisine, the restaurant’s three kitchens serve a menu that has a wide variety of alluring options with bold flavors and quality ingredients to choose from.
The restaurant (on level 5) is reminiscent of a Japanese garden with an open plan natural stone kitchen and a terrace with seating up to 48 customers, and it is connected to the bar & lounge (on level 6) via a dramatic spiral staircase.
Zuma Bar and Lounge section, meanwhile, is a popular go-to destination on the Hong Kong social scene, with an ambience that is complimented by seductive lighting, unique cocktails, and artistic acoustics.
At the lounge and bar, you can order from the same menu as the restaurant during lunch and dinner hours within much a more relaxed environment.
The Zuma bar has over 40 different varieties of Japanese sake, an impressive range of Japanese whiskeys, as well as alluring cocktails, many of which blend freshly prepared fruit juices with sake and Japanese spirits.
