The company has a dedicated team of 200 Master Rubber craftsmen, who hand make almost 4,000 pairs of boots every day, in a process that has 60 production steps to make one boot, with and 2 kg of rubber going to each pair. Each boot is also individually checked to make sure it is waterproof.
