Apple Stores in Hong Kong

American consumer electronics brand Apple has five retail stores in Hong Kong, including one shop at the ifc mall (8 Finance Street).

At the stores, you can purchase Apple’s Macintosh personal computers, software, iPods, iPads, iPhones, Apple Watches, Apple TVs, and select third-party accessories.

In Hong Kong, all of the stores have a Genius Bar for Apple technical support.

If your product requires repair, the in-store Genius service staff will discuss with you available repair options, explain any applicable charges, and prepare your equipment for repair.

You can reserve a time for the Genius Bar, and for software or services, the help is reachable even faster by phone or chat. Most in-store sessions last about 15 minutes, but some may take longer, depending on the issue.

There are even free workshops, covering everything Apple related from learning the basics for new products to editing photos and more.

In addition, the services include youth programs (like Apple Camp) and school Field Trips to the Apple Store.

The first Apple Store in Hong Kong, which was the 100th overseas store outside the United States for the company, opened during September 2011 at the IFC Mall.
