A co-operation between Italian fashion house Armani and Aqua Restaurant Group, Armani/Aqua offers an elegant dining experience with a menu constructed out of contemporary Italian and Japanese cuisines.
One of Armani/Aqua’s innovative approaches is to offer modern Italian and Japanese food side by side, not as fusion, but as perfectly paired cuisines presented within one signature menu.
The menu’s Italian dishes are based on traditional, heritage Italian cooking, but always finished with a modern touch.
You can choose from exquisite Italian meals ranging from fine antipasti to hand-made pastas, risottos, fresh seafood, and some of the finest meat cuts in Hong Kong.
For Japanese cuisine, Armani/Aqua offers meals that are authentic, but not traditional, where the emphasis is on fresh ingredients and elegant, beautifully crafted presentation.
The Japanese alternatives include innovative sushi and sashimi, prepared at the restaurant’s kaiten sushi bar, with the prepared seafood carefully selected and flown in every day from around the globe.
