Blooms Coffee has three cafes in Hong Kong to choose from, including one outlet within K11 MUSEA shopping centre (18 Salisbury Road).
Founded by artist Moses Chan, the premium specialty cafes operate with a great passion in pursuing a perfect harmony in modern complex coffee flavour world.
Not only are the handpicked single origin coffees and flavourful teas on the menu exciting, so are the food items and the design aesthetics of the outlets.
For the food, gastronomy is also seen as a bridge connecting people, with excellent ingredients sourced from all over the world to provide unique culinary experiences such as ‘Hokkaido scallop with pickled cucumber on Brioche Roll’ and ‘Sichuan Spicy Crabmeat on Brioche Roll’.

Reflecting the founder’s artistic background, the minimalistic interior design of the cafes is a work of art, featuring tones based on the themes of gold and rustic white, with the furniture delicately created and tailormade for the spaces.
