BLT Burger operates as a full table service burger restaurant, featuring a menu that has many Hong Kong firsts as highlights, including ‘spiked’ milkshakes.
In addition to the all day dining, the restaurant offers special afternoon tea sets and happy hours.
BLT Burgers menu includes a wide variety of burgers, including the classic beef burger, as well as creative takes on the dish, like the “Canton Road” pork and shrimp burger, turkey burger, salmon and vegetarian falafel.
You can also construct a “build-your-own” burger from toppings such as cheese, bacon, grilled red pepper, mushrooms, fried egg, chili, BBQ onions, and avocado.
On the menu, traditional American starters include salads, chicken wings, fries, and onion rings, while to accompany the meal, you can have such milkshakes in flavors like Rocky Road and PBJ made from vanilla ice cream, peanut butter, and grape jelly.
BLT Burger bar, meanwhile, has beers on tap and in bottles, along with specialty cocktails and a selection of wines by the glass.
