Classified has four European-style restaurants in Hong Kong, including one at Stanley Plaza (23 Carmel Road).
The chain opened its first restaurant in 2006 on Hollywood Road in Sheung Wan. The European-styled outlet become an instant success within the traditional Chinese area, as Hong Kongers showed an appetite for homemade artisanal food.
Today, each of the four locations operates as a casual dining café restaurant, as well as a retail store for gourmet foods.

The restaurant menu has been constructed to include authentic, delicious café meals, pasta dishes, and the selection of artisan cheeses and international wines that are also available for sale.

The place is wonderful for morning coffees, lunch soups, sandwiches, and pasta specials, afternoon gelatos, evening wines with Mediterranean-style tapas and mozzarella cheeses, as well as private family-style dinners.
