Established in 1996 in Wellington, New Zealand, the cafe chain expanded to Hong Kong in 2008, and has since then become one of the local favourites especially among business executives.

Unique coffee drinks served at the outlets feature blends designed in Trieste, Italy, the world’s espresso capital. Fine green beans, meanwhile, are sourced from coffee plantations across the world and roasted in Wellington, New Zealand, by a team of trained coffee roasters.
