As the hotel’s signature Chinese restaurant, Loong Toh Yuen incorporates elements of old Hong Kong teahouse culture and the city’s vibrant contemporary Chinese culture, merging themes of the city’s markets with King George IV chinoiserie (inspired by Brighton’s Royal Pavilion) at its beautiful dining room décor.
Loong Toh Yuen’s menu focuses on classic yet updated Cantonese cuisine and long-lost Hong Kong dishes.
An extensive selection of traditional dim sum is available in the afternoons, as is Chinese tea, with an à la carte menu provided in the evenings.
Loong Toh Yuen’s main dining room can accommodate 56 diners, the tea room 40 guests, and the Yuen Yuet Heen room an additional 24 customers.
