M bar is one of the most stylish bars in Hong Kong, and boasts stunning views over the harbor and the city’s beautiful, glittering skyline.
The bar, which has become a popular night time destination in Hong Kong, serves a selection of classic cocktails, wines, and champagnes alongside several exotic drink creations.
If you’re a tourist here, you might want to try out, for example, their Hong Kong Legend (a vodka, osmanthus wine, lychee liqueur, lychee, lime and whisky gum concoction), the Earl Grey Mar-tea-ni (homemade Earl Grey-infused gin, orange juice, and sugar), or Aged Manhattan High (west barreled rye whiskey, vermouth, lemon, orange, angostura bitter).
In addition to cocktails and drinks, M bar serves a delicious selection of dim sum at lunchtime and light dishes throughout the evening for your enjoyment.
Notice that the bar adheres to a dress code, where guests in comfortable attire are welcomed throughout the day. After 5pm, ladies are kindly asked to have an elegant attire with proper footwear, while gentlemen should wear closed shoes at all times with smart shirt and long trousers after 5pm.
