In addition to the views, Man Wah is decorated in imperial splendor, including walls with original paintings on silk, lacquered enamel, and gold-plated ceiling lamps fashioned to resemble birdcages.

Those are just some of the reasons why the place has often been referred to as having Hong Kong’s most beautiful dining room.

The Cantonese menu is itself outstanding, constructed out of traditional favorites and seasonal specialties with touches of modern culinary arts.

At lunch time, you can enjoy foods from the extensive dim sum menu alongside the signature dishes, such as Steamed Fillet of Spotted Garoupa with Crispy Ginger, Crabmeat and Egg White Sauce, and Wok Fried Fillet of Sole with Black Bean Sauce.

Man Wah also has a private dining room, which seats 14 people and is styled in the fashion of an old, opulent Chinese pavilion, including dark wood walls and a red ceiling.
