Marbling, owned and managed by Mr. Steak, is a casual neighborhood grill boasting premium cuts of imported meats from around the globe.
In the culinary arts, the word “marbling” refers to white flecks and streaks of fat within the lean sections of meat, giving meat a marble aspect and adding flavour.
