Founded in Seoul, South Korea, School Food offers the latest trends in Korean cuisine and all-day dining by fusing Korean traditions and modern snack foods in a hip K-pop atmosphere.
The restaurant’s menu features popular snack foods such as Mari, a flower-like rice roll that combines the concepts of “kimbap” (which translates to seaweed rice) and “roll”; topokki in traditional and fusion recipes; and a selection of specialty drinks and desserts.
Overall, the atmosphere at School Food restaurants includes elements of natural wood and exposed red brick for a rustic, relaxed and home-like feeling.
As you step through a wooden frame with cut-out Korean alphabets and words at the entrance, you’ll be greeted by an open bar that features traditional South Korean roof design and a sign reading “Made-to-Order”, where you can view the staff in action preparing special drinks and desserts to order.
To complete the fun-casual Korean dining experience, there is also a nostalgic jukebox playing top K-pop hits.
