Shichida Education Institute has three locations in Hong Kong, one within Harbour City’s World Commerce Centre (7-11 Canton Road).
Founded by Professor Makoto Shichida in 1978 in Gotsu-City, Japan, Shichida Education Institute has been in Hong Kong since 2010.
Using the proprietary Shichida Method, the institute offers programmes for children from 6 months to 6 years old, merging unique right-brain training techniques with conventional left-brain education in a pleasant learning environment.
Overall, The Shichida Method utilizes “whole brain education”, where the fundamental purpose is to draw out the outstanding innate abilities of children using approaches such as: Image Training, Intuition Games, Eye Muscle Training, Photographic Memory, Memory Training, Flash Cards, Numbers, Critical Thinking, Language, Fine Motor Skills, and Recitation.
