Australian sushi restaurant chain Wasabi Warriors has two locations in Hong Kong, at Pacific Place (1 Queen’s Road East) and within World Trust Tower (50 Stanley Street). (UPDATE 2022: THE RESTAURANTS HAVE CLOSED)

Started in 2010 in Australia with the slogan ‘Eat Good, Do Good, Feel Good’, Wasabi Warriors has been in Hong Kong since January 2015.

The chain’s success has been build on a delicious menu that features sushi rolls that are made using fresh and healthy ingredients.

Wasabi Warriors’ natural & eco-friendly foods are budget-friendly, and made fresh daily in store. Any items on their menu not sold on the day will go directly to charity or to compost as fertilizer, resulting at almost zero food waste.

The restaurant menu, with dishes available for eating in, pickup, or delivery, features sushi platters, meal deals, rice rolls, nigiri, sashimi, teriyaki, salads, snacks, as well as drinks.
